Positive: Everything was great at the accommodation. The views are spectacular. The place is exactly as shown, all facilities were very clean, bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was a little less comfortable if you end up in the middle part. Everything you need is there and local shops and bakeries are not far. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Would love to come again and stay.
Negative: It was a little hard to find the property. The address doesn't take you to the right location and the name was not found on any of the maps or local area. There are many accommodation facilities in the area with somewhat similar namesso that caused a bit of problems driving around to try to find it. Some signage and instructions to go to the restaurant would be helpful. We understand it has just been reopened so some things were not ready. It can be a little bright in the room because the curtains are very thin and light. Maybe heavier curtains could be added for those who want to sleep a little.
Summary: Excellent accommodation, clean, superb views, lovely hosts.

Positive: The location is magnificent. The house is on the hill opposite Kazbek and Stepancminda Church, you get to see them from the windows. The apartment has all you need and is clean and neat. The owner is helpful and friendly, we got a bottle of house wine as a gift upon arrival.
Negative: The door in our toilet was broken, so we couldn't close the door, but we did not let the owner know, probably we would fix it. It's really hard to find the facility, the address in your reservation will lead nowhere. Even if you have the location, there is no official road, so ask the owner to give you instructions.
Summary: Great view and value for money!
